How fast do you process orders?

Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies between Print Providers. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Each product has its own average production time listed in the catalog, calculated from the past 30 days. As such, holidays and high volume seasons can cause production time to rise. Note that the average time is not always guaranteed.

 

How fast do you ship?

All sales channels will have the standard (flat rate) shipping option available.

 

Do you offer different shipping speeds?  Who do you ship with?

Express shipping within the US is carried out within 2-3 business days.

The delivery timeframes for international express shipping are: 3-5 business days.

Who or what to do for orders not delivered?  Do you offer tracking numbers?

As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically update in the sales channel and the customer will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable).
